1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BadPageSpeed (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BadPageSpeed provides automated page speed monitoring, ad spend waste calculations, and performance alerts for landing pages. The Service uses the Google PageSpeed Insights API to analyze page performance.

3. Account Registration

You must authenticate via Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

4. Free & Paid Plans

The Service offers a free tier with limited features and paid plans with additional capabilities. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the scanning functionality
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise service integrity

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. BadPageSpeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
